JUDGMENT

The above Company Claim is filed as early as in 2013, seeking recovery of an amount of Rs.19,170/- with 12% interest per annum from 06.02.1997. Despite granting several opportunities, service could not be completed on the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the claimant – official liquidator submits that despite serious efforts, service could not be completed.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, I am inclined to dismiss the company claim for non-

prosecution.
