J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is submitted by the petitioner seeeking the following reliefs:
i. Call for the records relating to Exts P1 to P9 from the respondents 3 to 3;
ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or Order or direction to the respondents 3 to 5 to make payment of the amounts mentioned in Ext.P5 for which the letter of credits are approved and passed by Govt of Kerala as early as possible or within a time limit as prescribed by this Hon’ble Court;
iii. Such other relief that this Honorable court may deem fit to render justice to the Petitioner.
Today, when the matter was came up for consideration, the learned Governent Pleader, upon instructions, submitted that all the payments are already released to the petitioner. In such circumstances, this writ petition is closed without prejudice to right of the petitioner to invoke the remedies, if the petitioner has any subsisting grievences.
