JUDGMENT The petitioner was an employee of the 2nd respondent Corporation for the period from 01.02.1995 to 10.07.2024. During the said period, the petitioner had worked on deputation with the additional 3rd respondent as well as with the additional 4th respondent. The petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved by the fact that the amount of gratuity payable to the petitioner on account of her service has not been paid to her despite request.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Corporation would submit that while the additional 3rd respondent has reported no liabilities against the petitioner, the additional 4th respondent has reported certain liabilities though the proportionate amount of gratuity on account of the service on deputation of the petitioner with the additional 4th respondent has been remitted by the additional 4th respondent with the 2nd respondent.
