JUDGMENT The petitioner was an employee of the 2^nd respondent Corporation for the period from 01.02.1995 to 10.07.2024. During the said period, the petitioner had worked on deputation with the additional 3^rd respondent as well as with the additional 4^th respondent. The petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved by the fact that the amount of gratuity payable to the petitioner on account of her service has not been paid to her despite request.

The learned counsel appearing for the 2^nd respondent Corporation would submit that while the additional 3^rd respondent has reported no liabilities against the petitioner, the additional 4^th respondent has reported certain liabilities though the proportionate amount of gratuity on account of the service on deputation of the petitioner with the additional 4^th respondent has been remitted by the additional 4^th respondent with the 2^nd respondent.
