JUDGMENT
In view of the nature of jurisdiction exercised by the roster allotted to this Court, I am of the view that, if the petitioner has a grievance, the remedy is elsewhere.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law.
Reserving the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
