JUDGMENT

Petitioner challenges the revenue recovery proceedings initiated as per Ext.P1 and Ext.P2.

2. Sri.Mohan Jacob George, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent submitted that the total liability as on 27.02.2026, due from the petitioner is Rs.28,100/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought a breathing time to repay the entire amount mentioned above.

In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to accept the entire amount of Rs.28,100/- due from the petitioner as on 27.02.2026, along with future interests till the date of payment, if paid on or before 30.03.2026. If the petitioner commits default in repayment, the respondent will be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
