The learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that MC No. 19 of 2015 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Pattambi was already dismissed by the learned Magistrate as early as on 21.10.2023. Therefore, this OP(Crl) became infructuous and accordingly it is dismissed as infructuous.
