Dated this the 27th day of February, 2026 ORDER The petitioners are the accused 1 to 7 in CC No.330/2017 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-I, Manjeri, which has originated from Crime No.348/2016 registered by the Areakode Police Station, Malappuram.
2. The petitioners have filed the Crl.M.C. on the assertion that the dispute that led to the registration of the crime has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the respondents 3 and 4.
3. When the Crl.M.C. came up for consideration on
06.02.2026, this Court directed the petitioners to implead CW4 as an additional respondent and file his affidavit and vakalath. Likewise, the 4th respondent was directed to his vakalath and affidavit. Subsequently, the case was adjourned to 12.02.2026. However, the same has not been completed till date.
4. In light of the non-compliance of the directions of this Court, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed, but without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to file a fresh Crl.M.C. on the same cause of action after impleading CW4 and filing his
