J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached this Court complaining about the unauthorised parking of autorickshaws in front of his shopping complex, on account of which the free ingress and egress to the complex were affected.

2. I have heard Sri. K. Rakesh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri. K.M. Firoz, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, and Smt. Shylaja S.L., the learned Government Pleader.

3. Sri. K. Rakesh, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 06.01.2023, the autorickshaws stand has been shifted from the said spot, and on account of the afore, this writ petition may be closed.

In such circumstances, recording the above statement, this writ petition would stand disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 06.01.2023.
