J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court pointing out that she has filed Ext.P7 application in Form 5 and Ext.P5 application in Form 6 before the 1st respondent herein under the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act and Rules, 2008.

3. The petitioner only seeks a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the aforementioned applications.

In view of the limited prayer in the writ petition as above, this writ petition would stand disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P7 and P5 applications filed before him, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
