JUDGMENT

The prayer in this original petition is to direct the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Alappuzha, to dispose of Exts.P3 and P4 applications, I.A.Nos.2980 of 2020 and 2979 of 2020 in O.P.(MV) No. 617 of 2015, to set aside the ex parte order and also for condoning the delay in filing the application for setting aside the ex parte order.

2. Taking note of the fact that the said applications are pending before the Tribunal concerned, there will be a direction to the Tribunal to pass orders on the same within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till orders are passed, as directed above, operation of Ext.P9 shall be kept in abeyance.

The original petition is disposed of as above.
