JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order commanding the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and take a decision on Exhibit. P3 request seeking conversion of the service of Bus No.KL-08 AN-8907 from Limited Stop Ordinary Service (LSOS) to Ordinary service by following the procedure prescribed under Rule 230 of the Kerala Motor Vehicle Rules , within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court;

(ii) Petitioner may be permitted to dispense with the filing of translation of the vernacular documents, And (iii) To pass such orders or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that the petitioner has provided a fresh set of proposed timings, on which a feasibility report has been sought for. A decision shall be taken on the request for variation of the permit within three months. This is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the competent among the respondents will pass orders on Ext.P3, in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ petition is disposed of as above.
