Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the challenge in this petition is against the execution petition pending before the Sub Court, Thrissur, but the said execution petition was dismissed on 30.10.2021, as the decree sought to be executed had been set aside by the City Civil Court at Hyderabad. In view of the above developments, nothing survives for consideration in this petition, it is submitted.
