We have heard Ms. K.R. Monisha, learned counsel representing Mr. Mohammed Siyad M.F., learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Uthara Asokan, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. During the pendency of this petition, delivery has been effected in favour of the respondents/landlords and an application is pending for recalling of the ex parte order which is posted for hearing on 18.03.2026.
3. We dispose of this petition by directing the Rent Control Court to decide the said application for recalling of the ex parte order as expeditiously as possible without granting any adjournment to either of the parties unless it is unavoidable, untrammeled by any observations made in any of the orders passed in this proceedings.
