ORDER

This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-

arrest bail.

2. Heard Sri.Lithin Thomas, the learned counsel for the applicant, Sri.K.K.Dheerendrakrishnan, the learned counsel for the additional respondent No.2 and Smt. Sreeja V., the learned Senior Public Prosecutor.

3. It is submitted that the applicant has already been arrested on 22.02.2026. Hence, the prayer in the bail application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the application for pre-arrest bail is dismissed as infructuous.
