ORDER

This application is filed by the applicant under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in a crime involving non bailable offence registered at Vadakkanchery Police Station, Palakkad.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned Senior Public Prosecutor.

The learned Senior Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that no crime has been registered against the applicant at the Vadakkanchery Police Station. The above submission is recorded and the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
