JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 26th day of February, 2026)

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the bank to permit the petitioner to pay of the outstanding liabilites on installment basis.

2. On 11/01/2022, an interim order was passed by this Court directing that the sale scheduled as per Ext.P1 shall stand deferred for a period of 4 weeks on condition that the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) on or before 12.00 pm on 12/01/2022. It was made clear that, if the petitioner fails to deposit the aforesaid amount, the respondent shall be free to proceed with the same. This writ petition was filed in the year 2022 and no orders are passed other than the one mentioned above.

In such circumstances, the writ petition is closed with liberty to reopen, if cause of action survives.
