JUDGMENT

The reliefs sought for in this writ petition is to direct the registry of the DRT to number the application filed by the petitioner and send to Bench for its consideration.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that, the property secured was sold, sale certificate was issued and sale stands confirmed in the name of a 3rd party.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands closed.
