JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 26th day of February, 2026)

The reliefs sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to regularise or renew the loan account of the petitioner maintained by the respondent.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondent has made available two judgments, in which the petitioner approached this Court, one by filing W.P.(C) No.20521/2023, which was disposed of on 23/06/2023, directing the respondent to consider the proposal for One Time Settlement and to pass orders in that. Thereafter, an OP (DRT) No.347/2024 was also filed, which was disposed of permitting the petitioners granting two weeks time to exercise the right of redemption, in respect of property which was mortgaged with the respondent bank by paying the entire amount payable by them under the loan account in question.

In view of the subsequent orders passed in the above writ petition as well as the OP (DRT), the present writ petition stands closed.
