JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 26^th day of February, 2026)

The reliefs sought for in this writ petition is to quash Exts.P2 and P3. Ext.P3 is the sale notice intimating sale scheduled to be held on 16/01/2023. An interim order was passed by this Court on 10/01/2023, directing the petitioner to remit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) for adjourning the sale scheduled on 12/01/2023. After the said order, this case was never posted before the bench. So, it is not discernable whether the interim order was complied or not.

In such circumstances, the writ petition stands closed with liberty to reopen, if cause of action survives.
