JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 26th day of February, 2026)

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash Ext.P4 notice issued by the Advocate Commissioner in M.C No.475/2022. An order was passed on 02/02/2023, wherein the petitioner was diected to give an undertaking before the bank to vacate the premises within 45 days and if such an undertaking is given, the petitioners shall be permitted to remain in possession for 45 days.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that, the possession of secured asset was taken in 2023 itself.

Therefore, the reliefs sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is closed.
