JUDGMENT

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled and that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this writ petition. It is also submitted that the documents submitted by the petitioner in the form of blank cheque and salary certificate are yet to be returned.

Reserving the liberty of the petitioner to pursue appropriate steps to recover the above documents, this writ petition is closed.
