J U D G M E N T

Dated this the 26th day of February, 2026 The short grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P4 application seeking transfer of registry has not been considered by the competent among the respondents.

Petitioner seeks an expeditious disposal of Ext.P4.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents, this Court directs the 2nd respondent/ Tahsildar to consider Ext.P4, in accordance with law and to dispose of the same expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say that, the disposal will take into account the directions contained in Babu R. v. State of Kerala [ (2024) KHC 7141 ]. Petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, for compliance.

The Writ Petition (Civil) will stand disposed of, as above.
