J U D G M E N T

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1, 3, 6 and 7, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2, 4 and 5, and taking note of Ext.P2 judgment in the petitioner’s own case, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the 7^th respondent to ensure that law and order is maintained during the election to the Managing Committee of the petitioner bank, scheduled to be held on 01.03.2026. The 5^th respondent shall also ensure that the entire process is video recorded at the cost of the petitioner bank. Ordered accordingly.
