J U D G M E N T

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1, 3, 6 and 7, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2, 4 and 5, and taking note of Ext.P2 judgment in the petitioner’s own case, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the 7th respondent to ensure that law and order is maintained during the election to the Managing Committee of the petitioner bank, scheduled to be held on 01.03.2026. The 5th respondent shall also ensure that the entire process is video recorded at the cost of the petitioner bank. Ordered accordingly.
