JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed challenging the recovery proceedings initiated by the respondent bank to recover amounts due under credit facilities availed by the petitioner from the respondent bank.

2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank and having regard to the terms of Exhibit P1 judgment, I am of the view that this writ petition is not maintainable and the remedy of the petitioner, if at all, is to seek extension of time to comply with the directions issued by this Court in the judgment dated 30.06.2025 in W.P.(C) No.9924 of 2025.
