JUDGMENT
The learned Government Pleader states that the direction issued by this Court on 17.12.2024 was only to consider and pass orders on the Form 8 application filed (Ext.P6). According to him, an order is already passed and communicated to the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, though admits that an order has been issued, seeks further time to produce additional documents.
3. In view of the limited nature of the directions issued by this Court, I am of the opinion that, insofar as an order has been issued rejecting the Form 8 application, no contempt is made out, and the same is closed.
Accordingly, this Contempt of Court Case is closed.
