J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has filed the captioned writ petition seeking the following reliefs;
“1. Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, direction or order by call for the records leading to the issuance of exhibit P5 and set aside the condition No.8 thereon since the same is against the provisions of law.
2.Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose the application of petitioner for transit permit and transit passes without insisting to produce the details and survey number of the place in where the earth has to be deposited within a reasonable period which this honourable court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and circumstances of the case.”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Pleader.
3. While admitting the writ petition on 05.04.2023, this Court has passed the following interim order;
“Admit. Learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and seeks time to place a counter affidavit on record.
