J U D G M E N T

Pursuant to the directions in the judgment dated 10.09.2025 in WP(C)

No.40891 of 2024, orders have been passed on 13.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order is illegal and contrary to the directions in the judgment.

After going through the order, I am not inclined to proceed further in this Contempt of Court case, and the same is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the order on all available grounds, if so advised.
