Headnote:This writ petition was filed seeking to quash the specified Exhibits and to issue a directive for replacement concerning the permit. The application for replacement was considered and duly allowed as of February 13, 2026, leading to the conclusion that no further issues need resolution. The court closed the matter as nothing further remained in contention.

JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:

“i) To quash Ext.P4 and P5 by the issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other writ, order or direction;

ii)To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 2nd respondent to grant replacement sought by the petitioner relating to Exhibit P1 permit;

iii) To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Honourable Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.

iv) To dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents;”

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the application for replacement was considered and the same was allowed with effect from 13.02.2026. This is recorded.

Accordingly, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition, and the same is closed.
