JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed seeking directions to respondents 5 and 6 to consider Ext.P2 application preferred for a fresh electricity connection without insisting on an NOC from the Revenue Department.
2. This Court in similar situations, including Exts. P4 and P5 judgment directed the Electricity Board to pass orders on the application preferred by the petitioner for a fresh electricity connection without insisting on an NOC from the Revenue Department.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the th
6 respondent to consider Ext.P2 application, if the same is otherwise in order, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this judgment will not prevent the Revenue Department from taking appropriate action against the petitioner, if warranted.
