J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers;

“i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondent to consider and dispose Exhibit.P2 application submitted by the petitioner for allotment vacant timings on the route Pulpally – Indiranagar- Pathiri- Kalpetta – Devargadha, in respect of his stage carriage KL-73/F-1920. after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and interested operators, forthwith, or at any rate within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice; ii) to dispense with the translation of any vernacular documents if any;

iii) to issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.”

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while considering the settlement of timings in the timing conference scheduled on 02.03.2026, his representation, Ext.P2, shall also be taken note of.

3. Taking note of the fact that the timing conference is scheduled on

02.03.2026, the competent authority shall look into Ext.P2 as well, while taking a decision, in accordance with law.
