JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing respondent No.1 to grant effective and adequate police protection to property of the petitioner’s establishment and the employees of petitioner from any threat or obstruction being caused by the respondents 4 and 5, their men or agents for the smooth functioning of Petitioner’s shop including the carrying out of the loading and unloading operations.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing respondent No.1 to enquire into the grievances put forward in Exhibits P5 and to take appropriate actions in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
iii) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, in the interest of justice.
iv) Allow the Writ Petition.
v) To dispense with filing of the translation of Vernacular documents .
2. An interim order was passed by this Court on 26th August, 2025, granting protection.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, contending that at present there is no threat and also seeks permission
