JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction or order directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders as directed in MVAA 57/2023 by allowing the application for variation of permit submitted by the petitioner on the route Chengannur – Malappally in respect of his stage carriage under rule 130 of the Kerala Motor vehicles Rules by circulation of papers in the interest of justice forthwith or within a time limit ;
ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction or order directing the 1st respondent to allow the modified application submitted by the petitioner for variation of permit Exhibit P4 to operate the Chengannur-Malappally in respect of his stage carriage, and pass final orders in the interest of justice forthwith or within a time limit;
iii) to issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Honourable Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
iv) to dispense with the translation of any vernacular documents if any.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the 1st respondent has already passed orders as directed in M.V.A.A.
