JUDGMENT

Dated this the 26th day of February, 2026 The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:

“(a) issue a writ of certiorari or such other writ or order calling for the entire records leading to Ext P4, P5 & P7 and quash the same;

(b) issue such other order or direction permitting the petitioner and its Congregation to make inter State transfer of teachers under the same minority education agency as permitted under Art.30 of the Constitution of India ;

(c) Such other orders which this Hon’ble court deems fit and proper.”

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in the writ petition and that the petitioner does not intend to prosecute the case further.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
