JUDGMENT

When this contempt case came up for consideration, Government Pleader submitted that the Officer who has to consider the application is Deputy Collector (LA). The Revenue Divisional Officer is arrayed as a party. Hence, this contempt case need not be entertained. The petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition, arraying the proper parties.

This contempt case is closed.
