The amendment to the judgment ensures that no coercive measures will be taken based on statutory provisions until a final decision is reached.

Headnote:The petitioner seeks a review of the judgment dated 06.02.2026, asserting the omission of a crucial observation regarding coercive measures under Section 13 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act. The Court acknowledges the petitioner's argument and accordingly amends the judgment to impose a stay on coercive actions until the final order is rendered. The Court ultimately directs that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner's property pending further orders.
