ORDER

This review petition is filed to review the judgment dated

08.01.2026 in WP(C) No.31692/2025. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of issuing a direction to the LLMC, this Court directed the authorised officer to consider the Form-5 application.

The counsel submitted that the judgment may be recalled.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

3. I think the judgment can be recalled and the writ petition can be heard afresh.

Therefore, this review petition is allowed. The judgment dated

08.01.2026 in WP(C) No.31692/2025 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to file.
