JUDGMENT
The above writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to consider the Form-6 application submitted by the petitioner under the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act , 2008. The Form-6 application was submitted only on 13.02.2026, and the present writ petition has been filed on 23.02.2026.
In the above circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. If there is any unnecessary delay in considering the Form-6 application, the petitioner is free to file a fresh writ petition.
With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Sd/-
