JUDGMENT SUSHRUT ARVIND DHARMADHIKARI, J After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to approach the authorities, in case the proposed amendment in the Rules notified subsequently are in his favour.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
