Court directed timely disposal of interim application after appointment of Sub Judge.

JUDGMENT

The prayer in the original petition is for an early disposal of I.A.No.12 of 2025 In O.S.No.32 of 2025 pending before the Sub Court, Devikulam. This Court had called for a report from the Judicial Officer and a report has been received from the District & Sessions Judge stating that three months time is required after the appointment of a Sub Judge in the Sub Court, Devikulam.

In the above circumstances, this original petition is disposed of, directing the District and Sessions Judge (in charge, Sub Judge & Assistant Sessions Judge, Devikulam) to consider and dispose of I.A.No.12 of 2025 In O.S.No.32 of 2025 consequent to the appointment of the Sub Judge in the Sub Court, Devikulam.
