The court dismissed a petition as all applications were pending due to a stay, affirming the report received from the Judicial Officer.

Headnote:The judgment addresses the original petition for directions to issue certified copies of order from the Subordinate Judge's Court. The Court noted all applications remain pending due to a stay on proceedings. Consequently, the court dismissed the petition, recording the status report from the Judicial Officer. The original petition is dismissed.

JUDGMENT

The prayer in the original petition is for a direction to the Subordiante Judge's Court, Manjeri, to issue carbon copies/certified copies of the order dated 10.11.2025 in I.A.Nos.17, 18, 21 and 22 of 2025 in O.S.No.72 of 2021. This Court had called for a report regarding the status of the above applications. A report has been received from the Judicial Officer stating that all the applications are pending since this Court had stayed further proceedings in O.S.No.72 of 2021. Since no orders have been issued in the interlocutory applications, the original petition cannot be retained.

The original petition is hence dismissed, recording the report received from the Judicial Officer regarding the pendency of the above applications.
