The transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of O.P. No.891 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Nedumangad to the Family Court, Punalur.

2. Even though notice was taken out to the respondent on two occasions, it has been returned stating that addressee refused to accept the notice. In the above circumstances, service is treated as sufficient and it is presumed that the respondent is not having any objection regarding the prayer made in the petition.

In the above circumstances, the transfer petition is allowed. O.P. No.891 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Nedumangad stands transferred to the Family Court, Punalur.
