The transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of O.P. No.491 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Alappuzha to the Family Court, Wayanad at Kalpetta. 2. The respondent entered appearance through counsel. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to the prayer made in this petition.

In the above circumstances, the transfer petition is allowed. O.P. No.491 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Alappuzha stands transferred to the Family Court, Wayanad at Kalpetta.
