O R D E R

These transfer petitions have been filed seeking transfer of O.P. Nos.1537 of 2023, 1465 of 2023 and M.C. No.422 of 2023 pending before the Family Court, Kannur to the Family Court, Thalassery for trial and disposal along with O.P. Nos.32 of 2020 and 33 of 2020 pending before the said court.

2. Even though the respondent has been served with notice, she has not chosen to appear. Apparently, the respondent has no objection to the prayer in these transfer petitions.

In the above circumstances, these transfer petitions are allowed. O.P. Nos.1537 of 2023, 1465 of 2023 and M.C. No.422 of 2023 pending before the Family Court, Kannur stand transferred to the Family Court, Thalassery for trial and disposal along with O.P. Nos.32 of 2020 and 33 of 2020.
