JUDGMENT
Dated this the 26th day of February, 2026 Petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P2, and also sought for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application in Form No.5.
2. By Ext.P2, the Form 1 application preferred by the petitioner has been rejected for the reason that the property was purchased after 12.08.2008. In the light of the rejection order as per Ext.P2 petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 before the 3rd respondent. The contention of the petitioner is that Ext.P3 has not been disposed of yet.
Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, and further that the petitioner has filed an application before the 3rd respondent in Form No.5 as per Ext.P3, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent/authorised officer to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application in Form No.5 strictly in compliance with the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act and Rules, 2008, if required after verifying the KSRSEC report and conducting a site inspection.
