In view of the fact that the facility proposed is in aid of environmental planning and that the only issue was with regard to the location as observed by this Court in the order dated 13.11.2025 which appears to have been adhered to and reflected in the memo filed by the Deputy Director in which he has examined each of the sites referred to by the petitioner before selecting the proposed site, we do not propose to pass any further orders in this petition.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
