JUDGMENT

The petitioner had sought for a declaration inter alia that he is entitled to be registered as a medical practitioner in the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the 4th respondent.

2. The learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the 4th respondent submitted that the petitioner had been registered under the Kerala State Medical Practitioners Act , 2021 on 13.04.2023 and therefore, the grievance raised by the petitioner stands redressed.

In view of the above submission which is recorded, this writ petition shall stand closed.
