(Dated this the 25th day of February, 2026)

This is a petition filed by the State of Kerala represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor under Section 482 Cr.PC praying for setting aside Annexure-B order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Thiruvananthapuram, granting anticipatory bail to the accused.

2. When this matter came up for arguments, the learned Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the respondent/accused submitted that, in this case, the police, after completing the investigation, filed final report and the committal proceeding is going on.

In the above circumstance, Annexure-B bail order granted as early as on 09.11.2022 to the 2nd respondent need not be set aside, at this belated stage. Therefore, this Crl.M.C is dismissed.
