The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already deposited the entire arrears of maintenance as ordered by the learned Sessions Judge as per Annexure A8 order before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Alathur and as such this Crl.MC became infructuous. Accordingly, this Crl.MC is dismissed as infructuous. Judicial First Class Magistrate, Alathur is directed to disburse the amount deposited by the petitioner to the respondent.
