Compliance with previous court directives suffices to close contempt proceedings.

Headnote:The Court examined the compliance with its prior directions in the contempt case filed by the petitioner against the respondent. The counsel for both parties indicated that the directions issued by the Court had been followed, leading to the conclusion of the case. The Court decided to close the contempt case based on the acknowledged compliance.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for both sides submit that the directions issued by this Court have already been complied with.

In view of the afore, this Con.Case(C) would stand closed.
