JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:

“i. To issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the 3^rd respondent to complete the proceedings under Ext.P6 application in tune with Ext.P1 to Ext.P5 documents which shows the date of birth of the petitioner as 03.08.1992 and thereby take a decision and issue appropriate certificate, in the interest of justice.

ii. To issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the 1^st respondent to forward the application to notified officer and to take up Ext.P6 application in tune with Ext.P1 to Ext.P5 documents and to take a decision for issuing non-

availability certificate, in the interest of justice.

iii. To issue directions to the 3^rd respondent to issue appropriate paper as per the Statute to produce before the statutory Authority, for issuance of birth certificate, in tune with the date of birth in Ext.P1 to Ext.P5, in the interest of justice.

iv. To grant such other reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper, in the interest of justice.”
